A graphic designer by training and an artist at heart, Rene Simmons-Moulton moved home to Oregon in the fall of 1998. Her experience as a production manager and then office administrator for a large Sacramento web development firm motivated her to start CRS Design about a year later.

CRS Design opened its doors in 1999. We enjoy working for our discriminating clients who appreciate crisp, clean graphics and great website design.
